Biography
Dr. Salehi received his BSc from Iran University of Science and Technology, MSc from Amirkabir University of Technology and PhD, with distinction, from Sharif University of Technology, joining the University of Tehran in 2012. He held post-doctoral and visiting positions at the University of Bologna and Télécom SudParis working on EU-funded projects.
His record includes two EU/US patents, more than 60 publications and research collaborations with RMIT, KCL, Uppsala and IMT. He founded the Computer and Information Networks (COIN) Laboratory, has served as deputy for information systems at the University of Tehran's Digital Technologies Center since 2019, is a non-resident researcher at IPM and has co-founded several start-ups and knowledge-based companies.
